Our Recruitment Process
Our online e-Recruitment system makes it easy to search and apply for a job. Please apply by following the prompts. You can also register an expression of interest for future vacancies.
- Cover Letter - attach a cover letter to summarise your skills and experiences. The purpose of this is to demonstrate why you are the perfect candidate for the role.
- Resume - ensure your resume is up to date and all your contact details are correct. Your resume should highlight your professional and educational background, especially those most relevant to the role you are applying for.
After you apply
We will review your application and will be in contact with you as soon as possible regarding the status of your application. You will receive emails from us at different stages of the recruitment process so please ensure that your email inbox is set up to receive these.
- Phone interview - depending on the role you've applied for, a phone interview may be required. This usually takes between 15 and 20 minutes. The phone interview will also give you an opportunity to ask more specific questions about the role. A second interview may be required.
- Face to face interview/s - this is an opportunity for us to get to know you, and for you to find out more about the role and us as an Employer. CSR Bradford conduct behavioural based interviews that are designed to focus on specific competencies required in order for the candidate to be successful in the role.
CSR Bradford requires all prospective employees to successfully complete a number of pre-employment checks prior to an offer of employment being made.
The pre-employment checks will include reference checking and a pre-employment medical which has a drug and alcohol test component. Depending on the role you’ve applied for, other checks such as aptitude testing, police, drivers licence or credit check may be required.
Further information regarding these checks will be provided throughout the recruitment process.
