Xtroliner - Thermal PIR

CSR Bradford has collaborated with a renowned European manufacturer to bring the Xtratherm range of PIR insulation products to the Australian and New Zealand markets.

The advanced PIR formula of Xtratherm achieves high R-Value performance in a thin, slimline, rigid board profile that can significantly reduce the bulk and cost of construction.

Xtratherm provides a continuous thermal barrier across various roof, wall and floor elements which improve the overall thermal performance of the building envelope and resolves the issue of thermal bridging.

Xtratherm is fully compliant to the Australian National Construction Code.

Safebridge® is an innovative roofing system that incorporates BCA compliance as well as safety into an integrated system developed through the cooperation of Metroll, Bradford Insulation, Australian Mesh, Buildex and Safebridge. The system provides a user friendly, cost effective and aesthetically pleasing design solution, which during the roof fabrication stage offers an improved level of safety to workers.


Concrete Soffit

Xtratherm is a high performance building insulation that achieves significant thermal performance in a slimline, rigid board profile.

The product is made from an advanced thermoset polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam which is sandwiched between two layers of embossed aluminium foil facings. Its high thermal performance, slimline profile and high compressive strength, allows it to be efficiently designed into a building as a continuous thermal barrier across concrete soffits and concrete walls.
