This year Bradford’s Loyalty Program raises the bar even higher, with more rewards and more choices than ever before. We’ve also made it easier for you to reap the big rewards, by using the AVERAGE of your purchases for the last 3 years (1st July 2013 to 30th June 2016) as the basis for growth targets. Just ensure you raise your purchases by the required percentage and reach the minimum purchase level to qualify for a prize tier, and you can do it your way!

Increase your purchases by at least 7.5% & you can select your perfect Gold Class cinema experience.

Do It Your Way 2016 - 2017 - Terms & Conditions

General

  1. Information on how to qualify for a prize and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Promoter is CSR Bradford of Triniti 3, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, 2113 (ABN 55 008 631 356)
  3. The promotion commences on 1st August 2016 and closes on 31st July 2017 (‘Promotional period’).
  4. The promotion is by invitation only and is offered to current Bradford and/or Edmonds customers aged 18 years and over, and who have current accounts with CSR Bradford, who are ‘the participants’. To be eligible for a prize a participant must be an active CSR Bradford and/or Edmonds customer at the time the competition closes and their account must be within the agreed terms.
  5. Sales increase will be measured against the average of the last 3 years purchases as the base, from 1st July 2013 to 30th June 2016. This is referred to as the “base” year amount.
  6. Targets will be set based on the ‘like for like’ purchases of Bradford and/or Edmonds products from both periods. These will be net sales (after rebates, returns, freight, credits etc) and also excluding GST.

Awarding Prizes

  1. The decision on awarding prizes will be based on Bradford and Edmonds sales data. The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of the sales data.
  2. Prizes will be finalized at the end of the 12 month promotional period. A Bradford representative will be in contact with the Participant to organize redemption of the prizes. All prizes or events with a stipulated date as outlined under “Prize” must be redeemed by this time. All prizes or events without a stipulated date must be redeemed by 31 December 2018. Bradford will use its best efforts to arrange travel for the dates nominated by winners, however, block out periods may apply which are beyond the control of the promoter.
  3. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize).
  4. Any costs incurred over and above the nominated prize value will be at the expense of the prize winner.
  5. Companies can only qualify for ONE prize. For example, if a company increases purchases by more than 13% and meets the minimum purchase requirement for Tier 2, they will only be eligible for the Tier 2 prize and NOT both Tier 1 and Tier 2 prizes. Similarly for Tier 3 winners.
  6. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and must be taken as offered. If for any reason the prize winner does not take an element of the prize at the stated time and on conditions stipulated by the Promoter or any third party, that element of the prize may be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
  7. Where a Participant has multiple outlets it is not the intention of the promotion that purchases are shifted from one location to another in order to qualify for a prize. Percentage increases in one outlet should not come at the expense of purchases from others. Therefore, we will review purchases from each outlet to ensure increases are genuine before prizes are awarded.

Miscellaneous

  1. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
  2. Participants consent to the Promoter using the name, likeness, image and/or voice of the manager and/or employees in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
  3. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Eligible Participant(s); or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  4. All dollar amounts will be AU$.
  5. Photos are for illustrative purposes only.

Tier One

  • Any extra costs for fulfillment will be borne by the participant.
  • If your region does not have an Event cinema Gold Class or Hoyts LUX cinema available, prize can be substituted to an equivalent $500 movie vouchers/gift card.

Tier Two

  • Block out periods during public holiday long weekends, School holiday periods, Gold Coast V8 touring period, 20th December – 4th January, 2017/2018 and 2018/2019. Subject to availability. Any extra costs for fulfillment will be borne by the participant.
  • Customers in South East QLD and Northern NSW can choose an alternative trip to Sydney or Melbourne, of equivalent value. Contact Bradford for more details.
    Airfares for any prizes where required will be economy and accommodation is a Serviced apartment with studio or 1 bedroom or equivalent. Where accommodation is offered, if a winner wishes to have TWO rooms instead of one the extra cost of this must be borne by the winner.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to be taken out by all travellers as CSR Bradford will not insure our travelling customers under any circumstances.
  • Medical advice must be sought for any travellers in case of any illnesses, vaccinations or medical conditions needing permission to travel. This will be the responsibility of the travellers.
  • All travellers will need to be aware that when checking into accommodation, a credit card will be asked for as a form of security for the stay. This card will also be used to pay for additional hotel charges such as room service, mini bar, entertainment, phone and use of hotel facilities, which are all at the expense of the travellers.
  • Any additional costs of the trip that are not included as part of the promotion, (re-routing, layover, additional stops or any other additional charges for flights, accommodation, transfers, visa charges etc) will need to be paid for in full by the travellers before final confirmation itineraries will be issued. It is the travellers responsibility to ensure that all payments are made within the specified time frame by the booking agent.
  • Upgrades of airfares using traveller personal points will not be possible under this promotion.
  • Any additional costs incurred whilst the travellers are on the trip that do not form part of the immediate promotion or are not part of the budget for the prize will need to be paid for by the travellers. CSR Bradford will do their best to ensure that the travellers are made aware of any “possible” additional costs that may arise throughout the trip, however we will not be held liable for any part that is beyond our control (e.g. missing flights, delayed flights, additional hotel charges other than room rates and taxes, excessive luggage costs, additional airline fees upon check in, in flight fees, visa costs at arriving airports etc.)

Tier Three

  • Passports must be valid for a period of 6 months beyond dates of travel and name changes CANNOT be made once booking is confirmed and tickets are issued. If name changes are required, these will be at the cost of the travellers.
  • Cost of passport issuance, visa’s, spending monies, exchange fees, bank fees etc. will not be covered by CSR Bradford.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to be taken out by all travellers as CSR Bradford will not insure our travelling customers under any circumstances.
  • Medical advice must be sought for any travellers in case of any illnesses, vaccinations or medical conditions needing permission to travel. This will be the responsibility of the travellers.
