Commercial Roof Sarking
Roof sarking is a protective second skin under your roof, installed when building a house, doing home extensions, a home renovation or roof restoration.
Roof sarking is a pliable laminated membrane that is positioned under your roof during installation by the builder and is rolled out in sections either parallel or perpendicular to the eaves with an overlap between each layer.
Roof sarking will protect the frame of your house from the weather during construction. When your home is completed, sarking will protect your roof cavity from storm driven rain and dust, improve its thermal performance, help it resist bushfire ember attack and reduce the risk of harmful condensation.

Roof Sarking Fixing Tapes
Enviroseal Duo Tape
Enviroseal™ SLS Duo Tape is a double sided aggressive adhesive tape with a high initial grab and flexible carrier.
It is ideal for use as a positioning and temporary attachment method between vapour permeable construction wraps and building frames during construction.
Enviroseal™ SLS Duo Tape is not designed as a permanent attachment method and must be replaced by battens or cladding fasteners within a suitable time frame to prevent degradation by wind. Application of Enviroseal™ SLS Plain Tape or Black Label Tape is recommended for all lap joints once the vapour permeable membrane is in place.
Enviroseal Black Label Tape
Enviroseal™ SLS Black Label Tape is a single sided adhesive tape recommended for use with the Enviroseal™ Black Label vapour permeable construction membrane.
Designed specifically for use on open joint facades, sealing around doors, windows and pipes, Enviroseal™ SLS BL Tape can also be used as a repair tape for any accidental rips or tears that may occur to the membrane material. Enviroseal™ SLS BL Tape provides an exceptionally high initial grab, even in high humidity areas.
Enviroseal SLS Tape
Enviroseal™ SLS Plain Tape is a single sided aggressive adhesive tape with a high initial grab and flexible carrier.
It is ideal for use as an air and water tight seal on RW, CW & HT-S vapour permeable construction membranes and as a vapour barrier around pipes, windows, overlaps and penetrations. (Refer to SLS Black Label tape for Enviroseal™ Black Label vapour permeable membrane).
Enviroseal™ SLS Plain Tape has good ageing resistance, long term flexibility and resistance to plasticizer migration. It is free of solvents, chlorine and formaldehyde. The elasticity of the SLS Tape copes well with limited building movement and thermal expansion.
